In 1917, Our Lady appeared to three little children in Fatima, Portugal a total of six times. Her message was to pray their rosary daily, and to pray for the conversion of souls. One of the prayers given to the children is now commonly recited during the Rosary: "O my Jesus, forgive us our sins and save us from the fires of Hell. Lead all souls into heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy."
